• Track bookings made through our affiliate partner links to calculate and credit your Reserve balance

The Far and Wide earns commission when members make hotel bookings through links on our platform. We work with the following affiliate partners:

• Booking.com — via the Booking.com Affiliate Partner Programme
• Trip.com — via the Awin affiliate network
• Agoda — via the Agoda Partner Programme

When you click a booking link on The Far and Wide, a tracking cookie is placed on your device by our affiliate partner. This cookie allows the partner to attribute any completed booking to our platform. The data collected by these cookies is governed by the privacy policies of the respective affiliate partners.

If you decline cookies, affiliate tracking will not function and we will be unable to attribute bookings to your account for Reserve credit purposes.

When the full platform launches with member accounts, data will be stored on secure servers hosted by reputable cloud infrastructure providers. We implement appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your personal data against unauthorised access, loss, or misuse.

Our platform uses the following third-party services which may process your data:

• Vercel — website hosting and content delivery
• Google Fonts — typography delivery
• Unsplash — photography (no personal data shared)
• Booking.com, Trip.com, Agoda — affiliate booking partners (when you click a booking link)
