How Reserve works

The rules

Earn on every qualifying stay
Reserve credit is earned on all stays of 2 nights or more booked through The Far and Wide's preferred booking paths — Trip.com, Booking.com, and Agoda. Single-night stays do not qualify.

50% cap per booking
Reserve credit can be applied to a maximum of 50% of any single stay's total value. The remaining balance carries forward with no expiry. This ensures every booking generates net value for both parties.

Credit clears 60 days after checkout
Credit becomes available 60 days after checkout, aligned with affiliate commission settlement. Pending credit is shown separately and visible on your Reserve page from the moment you check out.

No expiry — with one exception
Reserve credit carries no expiry date. The single exception: credit lapses after 36 months of no booking activity. A note will be sent 90 days before any lapse.

Cancellation clawback
If a booking is cancelled, any Reserve credit earned on that stay is reversed. Credit is only confirmed on completed stays, in line with affiliate commission settlement.

No stacking
Reserve credit cannot be combined with other promotional offers or discounts running on the platform. One incentive applies per booking.

Qualifying platforms only
Credit is earned exclusively on bookings made through The Far and Wide's preferred booking links. Bookings made directly with a hotel or through another platform do not qualify.

Earn $50 credit

Refer a friend or fellow traveller to The Far and Wide. When they complete their first qualifying stay through the platform, you receive $50 in Reserve credit — and so do they.
